FS: ProTest 188, bunch o' holes

    SOLD

Praxis ProTest 188cm, OG, not sure of exact year. Two mounts: one alpine (now epoxy-filled), not sure of type or BSL, and one tele mount with a million inserts.

Skis have seen some miles. Pretty much all from original owner; I ended up not skiing them much. Bases are actually in decent shape, with some structure still. Some small Ptex repairs and a dime-sized patch. Edges need a clean up.

    $60+shipping or make an offer.

Man those tele mounts can really use a ton of screws. Alpine mount looks like pivot. And Wawa hoagies are the best. Good luck w/ sale

Thanks. And totally, although fortunately most of the holes are in weird locations, so it's typically just the forward four that tend to conflict. But yeah, drilling 11 holes gets old. Some out there are even worse.

Have this ski and looooove it. Supa cheap admission to Protest. If you’re protestcurious this is the chance. I also wouldn’t worry to much about the holes.

Binding Freedom. Installed with Hardman orange 72hr high-peel epoxy.

Original alpine mount holes are filled with Hardman blue 24hr epoxy.

Definitely not full reverse. There's camber (and some nominal sidecut) underfoot.

Swoop them man and mount them 102.5 from the tip. This version is a touch looser than the new design, little less camber and less sidecut. They are so fun and playful.
