Billy Goats 179 (18/19) with Pivot 18 Bindings

Selling my 179 cm ON3P Billy Goats with Look Pivot 18 Forza bindings mounted--the only and original mount drilled into/onto these sticks.

Lightly used... skied these bad boys for 3 days at Rogers Pass and Revy, 2 days at Jackson and about 3 days at home in Steamboat. More ski than I need.

Asking $500 for skis & bindings. Have at it... I'll consider all offers (from the critics, experts and--hopefully--gapers) and will ship to USA and Canada.

Because the BG and the 120 overlap far less than you would think for only being 6mm apart in width. The L120 punches above it's width as a pow ski, but it gets knocked around in set up crud, whereas the BG sucks as a pow ski for being 116mm underfoot (it's true), but is more confidence inspiring in crud/weird 3D snow than most skis out there.

    In other words, do it.

Thanks Glade, pretty spot on about the 120 getting knocked around in crud.

Not sure if these are the RES version, also not sure if it matters that much.

Pretty sure my gear buying budget should go into quarantine though.

Couple more long days at home and that could change.

You know we live in the east, right? I wish I had to build a >115 under foot quiver.

There's a standing offer of $200 for Pivots. I'd be willing to split them up as follows: $200 for bindings; $300 for skis.

Hahaha, fair enough. However, the point stands that the L120 and the BG don't really overlap with one another.

Your point totally made sense. That was meant jokingly. Neither of them are arguably necessary for our climate but TC and I both have the same 120s and seem to both dip our toes in 179cm BG FS threads.

No doubt. They're both great skis, regardless of climate. I've owned and skied both. I've never skied trees as fast as I did on my 178cm Lotus 120's, and I was an EHP devotee for a couple seasons. Definitely scared myself a few times on those things.

Ok, I'm done derailing the thread. GLWS.

    guilty as charged

Sorry if I gave the OP false hope, I'm not buying any skis right now. I just put a transmission in my ProMaster and need to start working on it's interior.

Peeking out from my COVID hideout!

I'm going through the gear I need to unload.

Realized I put these up right around the time life went on pause.

I'm going to create a new thread listing these and some other items.

Anyone in this thread still interested in bindings or skis before I relist?

    Thanks,
    Chambo the ski hobbit.
