That shit came in a forward from my 70+ Uncle and so did the retraction.
My mom was pissed at me because I must think I know everything and won't accept new info (in general) because 1, that's at least a little true, but 2 because I didn't think the email she got that started Fwd Fwd Fwd was worth a close read. She is also over 70 and essential oils adjacent. Not antivax though.
Any email that starts Fwd Fwd Fwd should be promptly deleted.No longer stuck.
