Leave work, go touring.
America is really gonna be fucked in a several weeks, disappointed we are still letting travellers across our boarder in to Canada, especially with all the Seattlites that come this way---one of the fuckin epicentres in the US.
Hard to believe the ignorance of public officials, had a month head start on it.
Good friend who lives in China for 10yrs in a fairly unaffected 10+ million person city. Still under fairly strict measures after 6 weeks, but under control. So yeah, lift season is gonna be on hold till May at least.Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.

If someone like vail or alterra pull the plug it’s over. No one wants to be the last resort open, they’ll become a magnet for the unwashed masses.

Looks like it's one week for now. The logistics for them on this are crazy. Now every other resort has cover to close for at least a bit. Snoqualmie had about half the normal Saturday traffic. Weird seeing the lodges empty. I loved it. Plus new snow.

"Vail Resorts have made the difficult decision to suspend the operations of all our North American mountain resorts and retail stores beginning Sunday, March 15, 2020 through Sunday, March 22, 2020 and will use that time to reassess our approach for the rest of the season."
