WTB: ON3P Steeple 108 184
I believe there are a few floating around here and there with stock lay up, not touring with RES?
Long shot, I know.

Solid offer from Laps but no dice on the Tele mount.
Who has this ski collecting dust?

Steeple 108 stock layup could be the unobtanium ski you seek. Steeple 102 in 184cm with veneer is still my favorite ski in active rotation. The 108 underfoot stock layup version should be similarly stout to my veneer 102, which is no noodle compared to 13/14 BG for reference.

I searched for 2 yrs. Theyre stiffer than my 102's(veneer 102 would be sweet and prob similar) and similar stiffness to my stock bg. Mine say "prototype" on them, whatever that means. Not light but an amazing do it all. Skied some nice pow and chop yesterday then an icy groomer to the bottom. Zero deflection even with a pintech(ion) binding. Im now wondering if they should have a sub 300g binding and light skins and a touch lighter boot or a pindung binding for a daily driver on the hill. Confidence inspiring like my 102 and bg. Good luck. Theyre out there

Thanks!
I lost track of the 98, but remember a conversation about what point a ski is too narrow for RES to be optimum or relevant.
One day, I'll find out for myself.
It's strange ... mulling over skis in March as if it were August (not being able to ski them).
Hey @the_flying_v - just buy those skis from @Laps. The bamboo cores are rock solid. Unless you're hucking 40 foot cliffs and do a bad plug job, these are the skis you're looking for, and obviously no heel conflicts.

You will be very impressed how they carry their weight far above their width. Powder slayers and small footprint on the up.
I have a pair of 189 Steeple 102's that are hitting the chopping block if anyone is interested. 1.5 mounts for speed rads. (Only selling because I have a backup pair.)
