    Kamchatka

Been meaning to getting around to post some TR's. Here goes nothing.

Couple of years ago in Kamchatka

Think we went around early to mid april. can check dates if anyone wants.
Used SkiingInKamcahtka.com for logistics. Denis was the man, and one hell of a cook. Look them up if you venture out that way.
Spent a week or so in a tent trying to ski this zone. Our gear was snowmobiled in and we toured.

Was about sunset when we got in, but decided to head to the top of a lil peak for our first ski. Later in the week we skied the sick coulie far left of the photo next to the volkl. Lil product placement; if youre ever in Japan come ski with us.

Right behind me is the coulie we skied. You can see the main line but not the secondary one we snuck into towards the top.

We werent really slumming it in camp. Denis (on the right) was one hell of a chef. We would point at a line we wanted to ski, he would politely decline and instead offer to go get dinner started. Hell yeah.

Down days shennanigans. We kept getting more snow. Only 1 real down day when the wind was hooning. Built a few kickers.

If this photo wasnt sideways you could see one of the sicker coulies of the trip. Right between the cheeks.

Camp. Pretty much woke up to this amount of fresh everyday. Skied the longest coulie you see in the background straight to camp on the last day.

Thanks. Kamchatka always reminds me of the Risk board game. Also sounds like CumShotka.
Great pics. Awesome adventure. The world is still big.
