Only if it's frozen. It'll be a sloppy shitshow in the sun once it warms up.

Was in the neighborhood for a lunchtime run graduate- bob basin -stealth zone, everything's frozen, one could get around on a fatbike. Coworker rode his fat today over in the RV Northside zone. Frozen and tore up pretty good in spots from the swaners elk heard. Ymmv
    style matters...

Thanks for the intel. Cruised the meadow on bikes to get beers at offset. Pray for snow!

I’ve moved on from Utah, so I have absolutely zero idea what conditions are like right now, but figured some of you might appreciate some beta that I’ve shared here before:
Fire Break Road and the adjacent trails from Bountiful to Farmington are often totally good to go this time of year. The combo of gritty sandy soil and west aspect makes for a decent winter riding option. The trails themselves are nothing amazing, but there are some interesting technical sections sprinkled around the zone, including a handful of trails that aren’t on trailforks.

On the other hand, DO NOT venture over to the Tunnel Springs/Lost Lad area this time of year unless things are for sure frozen. Peanut butter mud galore over there.
