I have found that tilapia is out, fine by me, but cod is just sitting there frozen from ak.

That and a bag of maseca, and I've been crushing fish tacos with all kinds of fermented picked veg and crema for cheap with a little bacon fat in the dough.

Not a huge tilapia fan but the wild caught AK cod and sockeye are there for the taking in bulk in your grocers’ freezer.

Went to the local Sprouts last night (I was grabbing something from Petsmart, and it was next door)... there were about 10 other people in the entire store, and everything was fully stocked. I don't know what all the hype is about.

if my retirement account hadn't been shelled over the last month (down 28%! fuck me!!) and clients putting projects on hold, it would almost be worth it to order food for everyone up & down the street at 15 min intervals, just for the entertainment of strippers on doorsteps

So when I was in the jungle on the amazon... we woke up in this village and we had been on the water for two days during flood/mosquito season... there wasn't land anywhere that could be approached by boat... so we were peeing (covered ) off the side of the boat... but no one would take the first dump off the side of the boat .. 4 girls and 2 male tour guides... we finally pull up to this village as night approaches so we just get in our mosquito nets and set up camp... all night we hear panther cries and all I'm thinking about is this damn bird that's tied by the leg to the pole next to my head.... they are raising it to be bigger and fatter so they can kill it and eat it, but for sure this panther is coming through my damn mosquito net to get this bait... I finally passed out in sheer exhaustion .. only got three hours of sleep before this chirpy lunch meat tied to the pole wakes me up...
happy birthday courtney ...it's April 26th and I just turned 21 ... I hear all the birds of the amazon ... the villagers talking in the distance, and all I think about is that I have to poop... there is no man made toilet this deep in the jungle, you couldn't find porcelain here... all four of us were on the same page.... we asked where we could go... they all pointed to the banana fields... our promise to eachother is that none of us would look , eyes down ... we all did our biz there and used banana leaves to wipe... we literally had to swat hundreds of mosquitos 🦟 in our squaty potty as they were biting our asses something fierce.. think 90 degrees with 90 percent humidity and wearing long pants and long sleeves... all bad. Our business is done, and we pack up and get on the road "water" onto the next village...

Ok, so I went to my local super mkt and the shelves look even thinner. Now it’s canned food. Ramen was gone a week ago.

I’m not trying to freak anymore out. But I asked the stock boy/man wtf is going on? And he said even the warehouse is not getting deliveries on everything.

No Braun but did have big box of those bathroom dispense towels. Those will work.

No TP but they had napkins.

On closer inspection they had bunch of baby wipes and even wipes for hemorrhoids, wtf. Thats the shit you want in a....pinch
