    Under Armor Coldgear Compression Shirts

    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A0NKREK

Been wearing this as a base layer for touring this season and it has rapidly become my favorite such layer. Breathable when temps are warm, warm enough even when temps are down to negative single digits (though I wear a thinly insulated windbreaker over my baselayer going up and down basically all season), surprisingly it even offers a bit of wind resistance if you have nothing over it. Just outstanding, especially for the price.

    Highly recommended.

I use the underarmor skullcap under my bike helmet, the sweat wicks away and keeps it out of my eyes

A few guys on the ADV forums love these for long tours, especially during hot season. Gonna try 'em myself.

They have a "hotgear" shirt as well, haven't tried it though. I've generally been super happy with under armor's stuff, despite their branding being kinda not my thing. I just ordered 2 more of these coldgear compression shirts though, cuz for me this is the be-all-and-end-all base layer
