Fuck no I hate roofing, it's hot and dangerous up there. I like rolling around in crawlspaces. Like some bar rag, the tighter and dirtier the better. I come from a long line of coal miners.

I see ridge vents covered up by underlayment and in the aforementioned separation or common walls that have to be rocked all up through the attic space.

You can add Action plumbing to the shit list. My main line backed up a few years ago. They decided the best tool was a water jet. They blew apart the main line right before the connection to the city and got their nozzle stuck. $10K to put a hole in the street and replace 3 feet of pipe. Fuck those guys.

When I was selling roofs in Reno, we quit offering ridge vents because the odd 80-90+ mph winds were ripping them off.
