Maybe slightly larger than a true medium? They fit me really well actually, although I wore them under a Baker bib.

FWIW, o wear a softshell “shant” under my Flylow shells. They’re quite comfy and come down to the top of my boots.
I’d think about these, but I’m a solid L.
