    Dear Rain....F@CK YOU!!!!!

    Seriously...get bend.

Been wet every time I go for a run. Haven't mtb'd and severely limited trail runs b/c everything is a soggy mess; trees down everywhere...trails washed out. Even when road biking when the rain stops, the roads are wet, dirt covered, and/or washed out. Spent more time on a treadmill and spin bike than I care to remember.

Haven't felt like skiing b/c not only has it been warm, but b/c it's rained seemingly four days a week. Haven't been able to go sledding in the back yard. Just when it looks like snow for the shitty hills up north...we get 2" of ice and sleet.

This non-winter of rain is giving me depression. Seriously: Fuck you Rain!

    /End rant

Apparently he's the one keeping flex alive.

But yeah it's been grim. Not cold, not warm, no sun for days and pouring frickin rain. I've been sorta semi-trapped after this hip dealio, I'd just like to sit in the sun for a while. Please?

Sun is finally out here. It’s hard to motivate but I rarely regret getting out in the rain to run or ride. The head-to-toe muck after a wet gravel ride kinda makes me smile.

That was one nasty storm system. It’s dropped 45 degrees here now, I guess winter is here.

Had to dump some snow in the SE/WV/Appalachians. I’d check the main forum but you know, padded room and all.

A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

Meanwhile in East Tennessee, in the last 72 hours we have had 4.52" of rain. This morning, woke up to snow flurries which has been off and on all day. Mountains of North Carolina have been getting hammered.

The official rainfall total has now exceeded one foot since January 1st in Seattle (Sea Tac airport). It's been a dour winter even by Seattle standards.

J.'s out there with some buddies, they tried to get up LCC yesterday and failed but at least they had a back-up plan.
