He could overact like nobody else.

He could also play an asshole.

Watch Ace in the Hole. Loosely based on the Floyd Collins epic tale.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

It was all over when the Romans bombed Pearl Harbor.

Another vote for Lonely are the Brave, and for Ed Abbey

Douglas is good in The Vikings (in which Ernest Borgnine plays Ragnar Lothbrok) but the movie is partly ruined by Tony Curtis being in it.

I read yesterday that he built(paid for) like 480 playgrounds around the LA area. That is pretty cool.

Not one of his more prominent roles, the plot's pretty thin but the cast is strong and the real carrier scenes are cool.

It’s interesting people were persecuting Kobe for his shit but not this dude for Natile Wood. That was way before my time though so I don’t know much about it other than the recent headlines. Didn’t know much about Kobe thing either cause I don’t like foulball. I mean basketball.

Why would people persecute Kirk Douglas for Natalie Wood?
The pacifists always lose, because the anti-pacifists kill them.
