Well used, but lots of life left in it. Great little travel tripod. Includes the plate and carrying bag. Functions perfectly. Weighs right around 3 pounds total.

BlackRapid Sport Strap

Cool little strap, but doesn't quite work with how I have my camera set up. Great option for hiking, sports, etc. Go from carry to shooting in no time at all.
