Thanks again for that! It's reassuring to see it from a credible source. Having pieced some of that together from numerous sources, I've told family and friends to use the toaster oven at 175 to disinfect re-used masks, paper, money etc since 70 C/158F is really reasonable (for most things--not receipts, as it turns out). Relieved to see I wasn't just passing along a placebo while encouraging them to put flammable materials in the toaster oven.

Probably best to just preheat the regular oven to 160 before putting them in for a little longer, I guess. Where is KQ anyway?

Have a friend who is on his way to NYC to move out his wifeís uncle.

Cannot understand why he would head to the epicenter of the virus in the country.

The guy has money, Iím sure he could get him in a car of some sorts to get into home and pay a moving company to move his shit.

These idiots will have to self quarantine when they get home.

On the plus side, it's been downright incredible to finally feel empowered to ask people to give me the amount of personal space I need to not deal with social anxiety. Interacting with other people is vastly more pleasant and relaxed than it's ever been for me.
    I remember a bottomless freedom...

Ha ha ha! Yeah, for some reason I come across as way less of a dick when I say "Scram! Social distancing!" instead of "I'm trying to get some peace and fucking quiet here!"

Careful. I posted a while back, due to Americans stupidity and over worked sense of personal liberty we would need martial law to actually get people to do the right thing in this country. Turns out, martial law is bad. Man, had no idea that it was bad. Glad someone pointed that out.

Also had no idea that anointed handkerchiefs could cure cancer and COVID. so you learn everyday around here.

Well itís happened. Just got an email from our CEO, that the company can not sustain at this level and is offering a 50% furlough for all employees. So basically, cutting salary in half. I wouldnít be surprised if some get canned completely. We still keep our health insurance which is good.

DO NOT put flammable objects in a toaster oven! You WILL start a FIRE!
The heating elements in a toaster oven are to close to whatever you put in.
If the item is washable, do that instead. Please.

India and other 3rd world countries are going to be decimated. I'm more worried about them than us to be honest.

Where does that come from? It doesn't jibe with the info on worldometers, although it could just have to do with the time of day they reset.

Yeah ... it's time of day. That graph is latest greatest although I wish it were time stamped.
