Well it isn't hard with so many fucking stoopid Muricans out there. Example: daughter takes buddy to airport yesterday to fly home to North Dakota to see family for 2 weeks. Gets there and everyone is sick with likely the Covid, so she is flying home tomorrow. Told my kid not to pick her up or she is banned from my house for a few weeks. Idiots

a couple of mags have commentated on the money aspect, the idea that things will open up as the $ dictates so there is no way the border will stay shut thru summer which has of course come and gone

maybe they were referring to summer of 2021 ?

But seriously folks I don't think there is a way for a country to buy their way out of this ?

It's obvious Redfield is feeding the recent leaks. I don't see him lasting past Friday.

Maybe Birx and Fauci are threatening to quit if he gets axed, and that's the only thing keeping him on. IMO Birx can go to hell, but Fauci should burn the place down on the way out the door. He's got the receipts, show how fucked up this administration's response has been.

“One gathering at an off-campus apartment complex on Dixie Drive involved more than 1,000 people gathered outside along with 700 vehicles, police said. Officers arriving just before midnight were able to safely disperse the crowds with assistance from a Leon County Sheriff's Office helicopter. The apartment complex is about two miles from the FSU campus.

The massive party came as nearly 1,500 students have tested positive for the coronavirus since testing began August 2. Florida Gov. Rick DeSantis called for "some type of bill of rights for students" that would protect them from "draconian" punishments put in place to stop its spread,....

"That's what college kids do, and they're at low risk," DeSantis said about the partying students. "And I just think that we've got to be reasonable about this and really focus the efforts on where the most significant risk is."

Notice they're taking about an uptick in deaths, not infections. After being told they had herd immunity people started partying and giving it to grandma. Who could have predicted that?

It's not good news for antibodies, but it's not really conclusive, either.

Hey he's posted 3 or 4 new stories this summer. I was starting to get concerned because it seemed like without anyone new rolling through town he was stuck repeating the same stories, but he remembered a few new ones recently

So you didn’t read the article. And you don’t know about the existing tradition in much of Europe to air out things when possible. In Switzerland we’d do it even in middle of winter if it was a sunny afternoon.

But at least you got in a boringly obvious zinger, so there’s that.
