I liked Aerosmith back in the day and the rundmc collaboration was fantastic, but they both sounded horrible last night

    Billie Eilish

The diversity and accessibility of music has made rock and roll like Aerosmith and, for another Grammy example last night, Gary Clark Jr. sound dated and tired.

Bands like Billy Eilish, Twenty One Pilots, Marian Hill, and many more, use electronic to provide foundation and it works. It’s what the rappers and hip hop been doin for a while.

The original Aerosmith / Run DMC collaboration has to be one of the top 10 most influential songs in shaping the direction of music in the last 30 years. And yeah, both groups were awesome in their own right in their heyday.

Which has nothing to do with me wanting to listen to their geriatric attempts to recall their former greatness.

Thing is, I freaking love Lizzo. Blame it on the juice! That shit is fun and very easy to dance to. She should have walked away with all the hardware at the Grammys. Mopey-ass whining is what kids are into these days? Fuck that noise, lets fucking party kids!

Ha! Never take anything personally! It's just music. I mean, I loved Aerosmith in 1983, but that didn't last much past the mid 80's. Just sayin' you have to have respect for a band that has lasted as long as they have.

Congratulations to Billie! Got 5 grammys and really deserves it. Very talented singer, with incredibly beautiful voice and one of the new generation artists who writes her lyrics and can play an instrument

I’ve been there. My ancestors have lain in NE soil for 230 years. It’s quite grey there.

First time I've heard that. I think it's great and a welcome change for a franchise that desperately needs it.

Thought this was kind of interesting, from Wikipedia.

"No Time to Die" is a song by American singer Billie Eilish. It is the theme song of the upcoming James Bond film of the same name, and was released through Darkroom and Interscope Records on February 13, 2020. The song was written by Eilish and her brother Finneas O'Connell, and recorded in a bedroom studio. At age 18, Eilish is the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song.

"No Time to Die" debuted atop the Irish Singles Chart and the UK Singles Chart. It became Eilish's first number-one single in the UK and made her the first artist born in the 21st-century to top the chart. In addition, the song became the first James Bond theme by a female artist to top the UK chart, as well as only the second Bond theme ever to top that chart.
