    Tyrolia Attack2 AT mounting plate

    Hey all,

    Solid jong moment here...

Just swapped some Attacks for Attack2 AT bindings on my resort skis so I can travel with just AT boots, and I found this plate for the heels in the box after I put the bindings on (whoops). Anyone have experience with these bindings and know if the plate is necessary? The bindings seemed to mount up fine without the plate, but I can pull the heels and buy longer screws if it's essential.

    Thanks for the advice!

I'm assuming the heel will not be at the same level as the toe without that piece in place?

Are the screws poking out the bottom of your skis?

Luckily not. I've got inserts and just swapped the screws over from the other Attacks.

Looking at the bindings, it seems like the heel will be lower or at best juuuust level with the toe. Definitely don't want negative ramp - new screws are seeming like the way to go I guess.
