Sorry to double post from the generic Sprocket Rockets forum, but has anyone here ridden either the Yeti SB140 or Spot Rollik 150? Closest SB140 I can find in my size is at a shop just north of Boston and Rollik is only available through the mail.

    Thanks!

What size? I think my lbs has some 140, but might be 130... I try not to look too closely.

It may be a drive but Ranch Camp in Stowe has demos of the SB140. I'll continue to talk up Ranch Camp because they gave my kid a free balance bike when his was stolen last year.

Still a few weeks of riding left up here if you want to make the trip.

Been waiting about two months but looks like my new Revel Rascal will be arriving within a week or so! Just got an update that it’s queueing for shipping. Hopefully can squeeze one VT trip before stuff shuts down.

I appreciate the heads up. I checked with them a couple days ago. Only 140 they have is a medium. I found 2 larges in New England. One is in Salem, NH (gray color) and the other is in Belmont, MA (orange color). Both are 2020 C1 builds w/Sram GX. Ended up ordering a 2021 C1 from Jenson (turquois like a true Yeti homer). 2020 C1 is now C2. 2021 C1 is $300 less, and comes with Shimano SLX drivetrain (which I actually prefer).

If anyone is looking, they have a good selection of bikes at the store in Salem. They stocked up before Covid was in full swing.

20/20 NE - I can see clearly now

Random exploring of Mt Apetite in Auburn today. I’d heard that it’s a fun spot if you’re within an hour. Central Maine Nemba has done a lot with a little. I’ll go back for sure.

Couple of Pearl Izumi shirts, size large, free to anyone that can use them. Found in my closet, not sure if I ever even wore them. I prefer a looser fit these days .

Your friends son partakes in a different sport than the one I do

Yeah, if I’m doing that it’s followed up by a multiple day ER stay.

Don’t know if I could watch my kid do that. Riding in Western Mass is still so good right now.

Those western Mass pic look money. Freshies!

When the travel restrictions are lifted I might have to come check that place out.

Went out for a quick ride. This thing is sweet. Advancements in geometry, etc., are apparent. Maybe I'll have to try some of those new shaped skis this winter.

Only complaint so far is the rattling internally routed cables. And why are the rear hubs so loud these days?

    Looks like a sweet ride.

Loud hubs are so 2018. Onyx and Stealth hubs are the new thing. You know, cause...bike industry.
