Trevor Bauer is not a fan.

Yeah that was a shot at Manfred.
I still call it The Jake.

^It could finally provide Tebow his shot.
I think if you're MLB and you want to take the temp on some cockamamie idea to make more $$ you float a Twitter post, sit back and watch the reaction, or lack thereof."timberridge is terminally vapid" -- a fortune cookie in Yueyang

I feel like a 12 year old again with how crushed I am to lose Mookie.

I can't believe how fucking bummed it has made me. I am going to Ft Myers next month for first spring training experience and right now, I don't really give a F about going. And that bums me out more.
My sports interest seems to die a little (or a lot sometimes) every year. And those that know me, know how important they have been to me my whole life.
Whatever.

At least they got some players. When the Sox sold Babe Ruth all they got was money. They're learning!

Perhaps the RS will sign Tebow and rekindle your interest?
Various scouting reports say they have the worst farm system in the majors. Bloom has a lot of work to do, but if anyone in baseball deserves the chance to try, he's the guy.
On the plus side, the O's suck for the foreseeable future so the basement of the AL East is already locked up."timberridge is terminally vapid" -- a fortune cookie in Yueyang

I’m not a hockey guy, but I always hear people call Bettman the worst commissioner in sports. How could he possibly be shittier than Manfred?

Roger Goodell has to be the worst, right?

It can't be an easy job with a bunch of billionaire owners having you on speed dial. Imagine having to listen to even half the shit Jerry Jones comes up with. The compensation seems to compensate though.

If anyone missed it the Astros talked about the cheating scandal today. It went like this:
Astros owner: Nothing we did fundamentally changed the outcome of the games
Reporter: Just to be clear you're saying you didn't fundamentally change the outcome of the games?
Astros owner: I never said thatI still call it The Jake.

"I don't know what human hits a walk-off home run against Aroldis Chapman to send your team to the World Series, and 1) has the thought to say, 'Don't rip my jersey off,' but 2) go into the tunnel, change your shirt, and then come out and do your interview. That makes no sense to me."
