Luckily I added some rubber to the fleet. So I can go either way (that’s what she said)

More floating than fishing but just glad to be exploring the "new" home waters. After living where the driftboat was the go to I'm realizing I might need to upgrade the rubber. Click image for larger version.

The camper is a game changer. Way more fun and comfortable. Can't believe I didn't do this sooner.

It was a perfect evening last night.

    Also a perfect morning.

    The neighbors are cool

    I'm off to fish.

Yep a warm bed, a roof, a shitter and a hot shower is money! Get a hitch for the back and you are set.

They done with the bridge yet?

Also any montana mags planning on trying to scoop up Smith cancellations? Think I'm going to be done with a project in a couple weeks and may try and score a trip if enough out of staters are cancelling due to the 14 day quarantine.

Definitely thought the same thing, this could be a great year for picking up a cancellation. I'm supposed to get on the Dearborn and Belt Creek this week with some friends coming over from the Bitterroot. Flows are good and they both have such a short window, especially Belt. Not expecting great fishing but I guess you never know.

Funny you mention belt ck. I was just talking about that last night. Me and a couple friends did a 2 day ducky(IK) trip down belt ck a long time ago. High water and put in at the lazy doe and took out below sluice boxes. Pretty damn cool float with the towering cliff walls.

Yeah, no doubt, Belt is one of the coolest and most unique floats in Montana. Haven't done it in about five years and I'm psyched to get back in there. Big fish too if conditions are right.

You MT gents are killing it! Grab those Smith permits. Per your governor, no visitors unless you self quarantine for 14 days before conducting business in MT.

    Congrats on the TT Swimmy.
