FS: 186 Renegades with BD GlideLite Skins

They dont make them like this any more. I took the plastic off these skis last spring and used them < 15 days for short tours. Edges are in fantastic condition. Bases have some very light scratches and currently have storage wax. A few very minor topsheet chips.

These skis have 1.5 mounts....I mounted Marker Kingpins for a 327 BSL. I then tried out the Marker Alpinist binding, which allowed me to reuse the toe holes.

I also have some BD GlideLite Mix STS skins that are trimmed for wall to wall coverage.

Edit: Skins are repurposed. Now asking $160 for skis.

If somebody wants the skis but doesn't want to tour on them I'll take the skins. I have these exact Renegades and fresh glidelites waiting to be cut, but I hate cutting skins and don't need brand new ones for these sticks.

I responded to KC's PM. If he takes the skis then the skins are good to go to North.

@slowroastin: I used this setup for deep days -- so take it with a grain of salt, but, I really liked the Alpinists and didn't notice a difference between the Kingpins and Alpinists (other than dropping almost 2 lbs from my feet!). The Alpinists just feel very engaged and don't have that slop you feel in Dynafits. I think the Alpinists are underrated for the price point.

Thanks, Ive read a bunch of great reviews but none of them were mounted on fatter skis. Despite the U spring rather than pins they seem like a great binding.

I have some 4FRNT glueless skins cut for 186 Rens I got on here for peanuts, and they're a bit small for 138s. If anyone needs cheap skins for these sweet owls, let me know.
