Hooky skies in the morning, skiers take warning. Hooker skies at night, skiers delight.

I think the group mis-read you and your abilities (due to language differences). Great photo and cutting a beautiful arc in a magnificent location.
thanks to a maggot named freak for the picture

i filed my brothers k2 pinnacle 95 with 1.5/88 in the tip and tail until the contact points and detuned with gummi-stone until contact points. under the binding with 0.5/88

he loved it. i skied really close to observe his turns in very flat slopes and the angles make sense, specially with the delay of the rockered part of the ski touching the snow.

i don´t know if you can feel the edge in shallow powder at all. specially the front part it will never touch the base.

THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THE INPUT!!! sorry i fell for you, but thats the languageslangtypejoke barrier.
    i learned also some english : )

My GS and SL skis are at .5/3 and historically have skied 1/1 on the freeride boards though I'm going to change my freeride side edge to 2 degree. I've never detuned but everything I ski on is directional and I'm not in a park.

Here's a chart from Race Place:

Idk, apparently this crew didn't notice: (a) That you've been around from just shy of nine years and (b) that you've given a clue on the language thing in your tag line. (Either that or it is somehow cleverly ironic. ) They're now green with envy at your skills and your home terrain. Nice work!

    cheers,

So, i played around different skies the last 3 weeks and noticed some details about the base edge angles.

It is low tide here, so i started with my beat up rock skies. Navis freebird, a 1.5 adjustment under the rockered/tappered and 1° under the binding part made the ski smover than it was. I was impressed by such a small adjustment the ski performed way better than before also in softer snow the nuances where noticable at least in my mind.

2nd try to pairs of blizzard 0G (here i could have saved alot of time by just following the factory setting)

yes it is right i am still playing around but at the end of the day the further you are away from this setting the worse the ski is.
