    Illustrated Trip Reports

So, this year I'm going to illustrate any notable days in the hills. Figured it would be a good exercise for me, and also hopefully create something cool to look back on at the end of the season. So here's a combo of our first two days on Teton Pass.

    I like it!

Also just a suggestion, but if you happen to take a tumble, a Batman style POW! BAM! CRASH! panel will be needed pls.

Cy, I saw the one you posted in the Tetons thread earlier, with the snowstake.

Do you have any more like that to post here, maybe? Randoms and other non-TR comics?

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

This is awesome. When I saw the thread title, I thought “Hey, that’s a cool idea. I should do that.” But now that I see it, I know I could not come close to this level of quality. How much time does it take to turn out one of these? Very cool. I’m gonna follow you.

    Thanks!

It really depends on how complex they are. Like the "Canned" recycling one took like 10 hours over two days. But the shorter ones with only 9-12 pannels are a lot quicker, and I can usually get them done in 5-8 hours.

I'm really working on dialing in that efficiency, would like to do a longer mountain themed graphic novel down the road, so I'm doing this trip report project this year to refine my process and figure out if there's any demand / funding for a bigger project.

Ditto everyone else! These are great!

Would be a pretty cool idea to do a Calvin and Hobbes style coffee table book skiing/lifestyle. Best of luck man!
