It’s good up at MHM today. Can’t compare to yesterday, but lots of decent snow to be had. Patroller said they are putting lines in on Heather today and should open sometime tomorrow.

I got fat ski envy. Faceshots & then faceplants(151 rum) at the bar. The deepness is here. Forecasting 3 more feet. Ski safe.

Maybe you could sell those ON3P's. I need some big boy boards.

For sure OD. 1 is enough. Maybe the fort will guide me on the finer points of pow skiing with the purchase.

What is your BSL? Happy to let you try before you buy if the boot fits.

I should have something freeing up here soon, mounted and ready to ski in your bsl Jonesy (got 3 similar skis and only need 2). Will either be a spur or megawatt.

Edit: to be clear, I think the wren would be more your speed, but if that doesn't work out, there ya go.

They are mounted on the line for 306mm. I just measured the length of adjustment in the heel and it can accommodate another 17mm or so. 306mm + 17mm = 323mm > 317mm so we are good to go, assuming I can still do basic arithmetic.

PM me your phone # and let’s figure out how to get these to you

FWIW - I was worried that I was going to be way undergunned today on my Bentchetler 100s but they ended up being perfect. Def don’t need the super fatties for this storm.

(fireside chat old guy explainer voice) Son... When you weigh what I weigh and ski as slow as I do, you need the girth.

2019-20 - Oregon - it never snows here and when it does, it sucks

HRM trees rawked today. Holy shit was it good over there. I need to figure out my camera situation so I can post more porn.

Gonna give Skibowl a shot tomorrow after work.

Any of you that are up there today planning on staying until 4pm? Got half a mind to try to wrap up work early and maybe get up there by 11am or noon.

Need to move to Hood river...

Haha my dog is the only thing i know of that gets happier about fresh snow than myself. Goes from groggy, sleepy time to butt-tucked-for-traction zoomies in 2 seconds flat upon being let out into snow. He spent a solid 3 minutes yesterday sprinting around, barking and growling at a 2' tall snowman, before deciding to pee on it.

I'll be headed down to MHM from Seattle area saturday morning, and then onto hoodoo for sunday. Super happy this storm cycle has filled everything in here in the PNW.
