    Free kids beater in pdx

My CL post. Not a gnarly bike by TGR standards but the price is right if you can pick up in PDX area.

It would need a tune up, brake pads, and maybe a rear derailleur (20 bucks), but yeah, good deal at zero dollars. Guessing it will be gone in a few hours based on CL interest at $100.

    Awesome offer, mattig.

If anyone here gets the bike and needs a new kid-bike-suitable rear derailleur, I have an 8-spd Altus (perhaps Alivio?) you can have. AFAIK it should work with any 8/9 speed mountain Shimano shifter.
