foaming Conformable Instructions

So back when i was fitting boots i probably foamed about 1200 pairs over 18 years of boot fitting. The majority of these were conformables. I have been out of the business for over 10 years now.

I just picked up a pair and need to see if anything has changed. Anyone care to share some instructions? I am foaming the tongues.

not much has changed really. make sure the foam kit is still good/not expired. extra helper around.
