This. It happens a LOT in the entrepreneurial world. Someone has a great idea and sings for money and ultimately sells too much of their company stock and lose control. The investor wants to lean out production costs and certain staff positions that the founder is emotionally tied to and the investor, with all the control, wants to take it a different direction with more of a scale-up business approach that is insulting to the founder's sensibilities. The result? The founder is ousted and the investor brings in some business school guru who grows the company through their own marketing style while cutting costs through outsourcing production overseas and thinning down customer service. It's and age-old conundrum that founders, without proper coaching, fall into regularly.

Can't speak for Jonathan, but their traffic is so high that I don't think it would be that specific. That said, traffic is important for their business, so always good to drive the traffic to the website (same reason we like to host the landing page on ski giveaways when we partner with other brands if we can).
The innocent line was my favorite part of it.
Actually it's a new competitor to Phantom. We just have Jonathan fly in and he pisses all over the bases. Permanently changes the soul of the skis.
We can't say if it is for the better or the worse yet, but we're going with it.Seriously, this can’t turn into yet another ON3P thread....

The amount of baseless, irrational dislike for DPS Skis in this thread is pretty fascinating. Did Stephan take all of your mothers out for a nice tube steak, then never call her again? Makes me want to add another pair of them to my quiver, just to be contrary.
