Marmot Insulated Options
I have a Marmot voucher to burn and could use an insulated (i.e. very warm) in-bounds jacket for S/W & N Montana. Only options are 700 fill and it does not really spec the weight, which I assume you need to know in order to determine 'how' warm the jacket really is. No?

I'm sure there are better options on other brands but this is going to cheap w/the voucher.
Anyone have experience on any of their insulated jackets? I have a Marmot mid layer piece that is decent. Got it from their warranty dept (on a 10 year old jacket that had peeling taped seams) , which is excellent.

I bought a Hangtime down hoody 2 seasons ago and really like it, Fit/finish are good for me. The Highlander looks to be todays equivalent roughly; less the 2 chest pockets and the inner hand sleeves. Don't use those. Plenty warm and sharp looking.
In JH, I wear a puffy about 80% of the time. A coupla older Mtn. Hardwear Sub zeros and a coupla Patagucci das Parkas. Generally I prefer Primaloft gold over down these days...

How are their featherless pieces? I assume just as warm but heavier?
