Mail Cabin was getting nuked on today, primo solo turns capped by a stuck semi that closed the pass and limited traffic.

I've heard some rumors on the individual who tested positive, I'm sure more will come out tonight as well as any ramifications. I'm a medic in Teton Valley, I've run on folks with flu like symptoms lately, I'm guessing its only a matter of time before I'm exposed/quarantined/diagnosed. Until then I'm going to ski as much as possible, if anybody wants to link up drop a PM if/when the resorts close.

Be aware that as widespread testing comes online that the number of people diagnosed is going to skyrocket, but so will the fatality denominator and that percentage will likely drop. I'm not losing sleep over it at this point. If anything enjoy the lack of crowds?

Also, the Knotty is overstocked with beer from their cancelled shows. Help them out and drink 1 or 3

Jackson Hole 2019-2020 - & The 'Ghee, The King, Kelly Canyon, Pebble Creek

Well my wife just told me TC ID confirmed first case of the covids. Maybe she’s wrong....didn’t ask where she heard it

I supposed I can edit my post now to say my wife was right, (shit, I say that a lot). Driggs “press conference” about it now. Was just a matter of time. Stay safe folks.

Wish you were out there with us, always next year.

Yep, already thinking it’s a Pon2oon day. Going to be surfy and fun if it sticks to the ice it fell on...

Targhee cancelled music and events for the rest of the season. With other resorts shutting down, I bet they suspend operations as well https://buckrail.com/targhee-cancels...der-of-season/

Gonna be a great ski day if they can get it going.

    14" at base
    18" mid
    and 23" in Rendezvous bowl.

It fell with very little wind. Man, it's gonna be sick. I'd be racing to Sublette.

Due to heavy snowfall and safety precautions all operations at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will temporarily be on hold. Due to road closures, a limited ski patrol staff will be working on hazard reduction efforts with the new layer of snow and will be taking their time to ensure safety. Please check Jacksonhole.com for all updates on the status of our operations before coming out to Teton Village. We thank you for your understanding and your patience during this every evolving time period.

Pass just opened a few minutes ago which delayed a fair few workers. Weird snow. They’re taking it slow this AM.

Great time for their website to be unresponsive, but they just called it off today on Facebook. Luckily I stayed at home thinking this might happen.

Big Sky is done for the week, I expect BB to follow along with your neck of da woods.

Least you have the Pass option. Stay well.

Officially only just closed for today. I’m pretty sure management is in a tight spot now.
