Go to Jay. Worth seeing the transformation. Can’t recall the year they eff’d up the stateside access but likely less than 9 years ago. Pretty sure Tramside was already Disney’d when you were there.

Nothing has changed once you’re on snow.

    Have fun.

I will either be at Smuggs Friday or storm driving my family across state to be closer to Burke for Sat & Sunday.

Nice! I just got back from 2 weeks of Colorado. I have always wanted to do that yoyo across Wash.
Ski tour dates are the best.
I am touring Western whites Friday. If the forecast holds probably jay Saturday, then Wash Sunday depending on snow stability, Monday morning laps at Cannon.

Revised forecast has me contemplating a run to Maine this afternoon.

Woodstove in the Landcruiser FTW! 15* and light snow at Da Loaf, 2 inches on the ground in Farmington this morning... blew off the truck, no scraping. Northern New England, Winter is back.

Do you read "Ice Heaves" signs with "heaves" as a verb or noun?

Cat had a ball this morning, 1st of 3 runs with only a patrol check track and a forth with 3 1/2 tracks not ours, my favorite lower mountain run. Tons of people on the icy Steins rink

4" of fresh followed by an annoying mist. Get on lift, melt ice off gogs, wipe with dry over the thumb shirt, head down, off lift with hand shielding to run, ski clear and repeat. So many squinters with goggles hanging off helmet or stopped scraping with icy glove.

Yes, but you have to remember that -10 Loaf Degrees is actually -20 degrees Fahrenheit.

That was indeed fun... Mr. & Mrs. Bottle, a pleasure. And we get to do it all again tomorrow! Mrs. Bottle battling the crowds at the Loaf and Mr. Bottle measuring and safety testing the Fall Line for the Vision Check Mag weekend. Confirmed Fall line is true and skiable.
