I have some BC spots I scoped last winter that need some light clearing to be even more awesome this winter. Would be happy to forward gps tracks to anyone with time on their hands who wants to do some trimming.

Feb 7-9 at the loaf in the book. East Coast Bobby Baker Memorial Invitational 20. Get some of the clever folks to come up with a better name.

Singlecross are you a traveling icon in Mt or around then?

Last year we sold 1200 tickets for the GD weekend, all lodging in the valley was sold out. Expecting similar this year, hopefully without the wind hold Saturday last year featured.

Cat, I should still be around Feb 7-9 for Fire on the Mountain... Montana or Revelstoke in late Feb/early Mar depending.

Maybe a day of skin laps at Saddleback to shun the Superquad and use our own super quads for those interested?

Possibly a house available in Farmington for Mags depending on my buddies flight schedule, although on mountain lodging would make the stumble to bed easier.

I'm down for this. Maine is high on the list this year as I've never skied there and got sandbagged on my attempt last season.

Is there a web site or something for this? Trying to get a friend on board but was skeptical of the 'some dude on the internet said' part of it

Sounding good. I would be down for a condo rental, otherwise likely stealth in the car as has become my recent norm-like paying for food more than lodging

Yes, my idea of on-mountain lodging is firing up the mini woodstove and sleeping in the back of my truck.

    Ha!

I work in sales at the loaf, this little dance party was my idea last year. Lo and behold it worked, always bet on the grateful dead.

I'm planning on it. Coming from MA and can bring it. And as a reminder Maine was Mass until 1820. Missouri compromise

^^I grew up in W. NY so I have no rightful claim to being a Mainer at all.

I wouldn't necessarily lead with that line anywhere up here... we feel that it's been a great 200 years since breaking up with you. "Vacationland" rubs most of us the wrong way too, although we do grudgingly acknowledge the whole "Bite the hand that feeds" paradigm. Please bring your wallet.
