Nice, I was hoping there was more, was going to go. Webcam didn't look promising.

Still hoping for a freak spring dump.

If you zoom in on that pic enough, I'm sure you'll see Peruvian and I standing near the line scoping for 2 people looking to quad up. We were probly 2 beers in by then...

Rockpile is going to get more snow. At least the runoff will help with any potential drought issues.

Well this has been a pretty crazy April eh? the Jay Cloud dropped about 8" on us between Tuesday night and mid-morning yesterday so it was another genuine springtime pow day up here. Gorgeous sunshine today so will likely head out for a lunchtime lap again - skiing is fun!

You thought the leaden winter would bring you down forever,
So you traveled on a steamer to the violence of the sun.

And the colors of the sea blind your eye with trembling mermaids,
And you touch the distant beaches with tales of brave Ulysses:
How his naked ears were tortured by the sirens sweetly singing,
And the sparkling waves are calling you to touch the white-lace lips.

And you see your girl's brown body dancing through the turquoise,
And her footprints make you follow where the sky loves the sea.
And when your fingers find her, she drowns you in her body,
Carving deep blue ripples in the tissues of your mind.

Her name is Aphrodite and she rides a crimson shell,
And you know you cannot leave her for you touched the distant sands
With the tales of brave Ulysses: how his naked ears were tortured
    By the sirens sweetly singing.

^^^ Nice! Glad to see folks are still able to get in some turns... seems a lifetime ago for me. Focused on getting boats ready on the Coast, including my Dory named "Brave Ulysses" from that very song. Great times in that boat and looking forward to many more!

    Thanks

Boat looks sweet, the blocked off leaf littered skate park, not so much. I have been hearing about how grim the MTL lockdown is.
