This is completely fucking with my "must ski more days this season than the previous season" life plan...

I knew that my old Dynastar SL with Fritschi's coaching ski would have its day again... I just didn't think it might actually be skinning up eastern resorts to bang out SL turns during a global pandemic.

Has there been any discussion that specifically prohibits uphill travel at the closed resorts? A lot of the announcements are pretty generic, some talk about no access to facilities, but I didnt see anything on skinning.

With virtually no mountain ops on hill I am going all in, as usual anyways, on resort touring, a minutes walk has me on snow. Shits shut down.

    Mark my works, Breweries next.

Glad I got to RCAC today for some brews, rueben, mac&cheese and a # of pastrami to go

Burlington area breweries not refilling growlers to my understanding. Uncertain if that is universal. New glass and cans only. Stopped into Foam for cans yesterday. Slowing stocking. Place was well attended. Never would have known anything was up. We are likely doomed. Too many folks taking this too lightly.... still. I grabbed cans and dashed.

I just got a call back from ticket sales, and was told refunds will be issued, unless you used the pass yesterday.

Holding off until Friday, when they supposedly announce their plans for the rest of the season.

There’s no reason to sit at a bar. Practice social distancing, if you need to drink and need to socialize, open a beer and face time with your best friend.

You can get those beers at the CoOp downtown most likely if that helps your logistics.

Hill Farmstead suspended on site consumption sales as well. No reason to encourage folks to linger..... for now anyway.

Or sit around outside at a good distance apart and everyone smokes their own spliff just like in Jamaica.

I can handle sitting outside these days, sun feels good.

All VT schools likely to close before the end of the day.

Thanks for the heads up and glad I didn't go up this weekend as originally planned or I would've used the pass yesterday and been skunked.

Yep, Sugarloaf is done. They are bumping forward any unused days on their 3 and 5 day cards to be used by Dec. 24, 2020. Time to tune up the bikes and dust off the whitewater boats.
