My reasonable start netted first tracks on the GOS Ski Trail. I still cannot believe nobody caught me on the uptrack. I stayed with my plan of not crossing the Fingers Slide path if it had not flushed. No debris showed, so I headed down then switched to skinning the Graham Link to the Sherby. The Southern half of the GL is wide open, the Northern half is a tad bushy. The Bog near the BST shows some wet soil spots but is easily passable.

Once I got to it, I went down the Sherby to the high crosover and then up the TRT. The plan wazs to take a look at the Little Headwall, but, on a whim, I followed a skin track towards Hillman's. It was the snow science crew's tracks. I stopped just below where they were digging a pit and skied down.

    Legs...cant...move...them....

Killer day with VT-F. Had an entire mountain to ourselves. Skied 3 different faces. Temps never got above low teens so the snow stayed beautiful anywhere we skied.

    This is not powder.

Been off the grid for a while. In a quick catch-up here is what I surmise:

People all over VT (north of Rte 4 which seems to be Bunny's limit of advance - cavalry term) are getting the goods.

Meanwhile Bunny keeps crowing about the west, which had a great December and January but is really sucking bad these days, but he just won't leave Killington.

Buckethead, who is the most laid back dude I know wants to knee Bunny in the balls - he must be a special kind of douchebag to warrant that.

So many of us actually know each other, party together, ski together, enjoy life together; an ECRC ignore is in order. Stop feeding the troll and just let him live his miserable fucking anti-social manic depressive life alone as he should.

We'll all be better for it and maybe he'll move back to Colorado. Or not. I. Don't. Care.

    That's a pretty stupid post.

Sorry you have to ski on Saturday.

Great snow high on the west side of the north central greens. The variation of quality and quantity of snow from 1500-3500 ft is impressive as is how much snow is plastered on the south sides of the trees...

Going to join the weekend people and ride the lifts tomorrow for the second time all season...

We were at sugarbush also Vt-freeheel and the skiing was great. The first couple of runs we took from the mid station down were a bit disappointing as there was a bit of crust underneath in some spots. It would have been one of the better runs a few weeks ago, but we were expecting better based on the snow reports. Once we got up top it was pretty fantastic.

We skied from 8 until 4:30 and caught castle rock just before the lift closed. It was awesome and must have been phenomenal earlier in the day, but the lift line was probably 45 minutes when we tried to do it earlier in the day. We also hit a lot of woods and glades which were in great shape. So much fun but legs are toast now. We'll be going to Killington tomorrow as today was the last day on my Ikon.
