i use the zip ones in all 3 modes. been using them for years, very rarely thought of the word powder or skirt whenever i switch between modes. i never think of it as keeping anything out, i only think of it as regulating the escape of body heat. unzip it out for warm days. zip it in and let it hang for cold days. button it up for dangerously cold times when exposed flesh is dying or in snowcaves or whatever. where's the poll were i click on all 3 yes modes?
