My buddy and I went to one of these once and after 5 plates each the water and soda stopped coming to the table and we were presented with the check.

Down. Where?
I love me a cheap Asian buffet. The hunt for a crab leg with actual meat in it.... The mystery sausage smothered in BBQ sauce.... Ahi so pink it glows... The thrill of playing Russian roulette with your GI tract...

I've been!
It was pretty good. Clean and tasty for an all-you-can-eat joint. Sushi was obviously not the highest quality but it didn't kill me.
All the gringo Chinese food was good. 7.5/10 ... would go again.

Online reviews are suprisingly decent.
Do I go there before or after rounds of Costco snacks?

Ok I went yesterday. Busier than I envisioned but maybe cause Friday.
They definitely don’t limit you on food. I made it to about 7 medium size plates plus a bowl of soup plus some desert and had to push away.
It was decent and didn’t get sick. Wasn’t phenomenal, but if you’re in a mood to pack down 2,400 calories in a single meal then it’s entertaining. If you’re just going to have one plate of food prolly not.
The Mongolian was decent and obv being cooked takes away the buffet danger. I should have used a bit more oil and veggies, I mostly had a big bowl of meat and mushrooms, so the steak was a little dry. Good flavor in their Mongolian sauce though.
Sushi didn’t live up to the pics but was acceptable. When I got there they had some yellowtail out on my first and second pass. It was gone by my third and fourth pass and all they had were rolls. Rolls were tasty but mostly non descript. They could use some name tags but I figure they change them up too frequently.
The Chinese special chicken dish had a good flavor and broiled crispy shell but was a little dry inside. Hot and sour soup was bomb. Sautéed mussels were good. Peel and eat shrimp was meh, doesn’t really jive with a buffet after handling spoons but oh well. I saw a server walk by with the huge shrimp but couldn’t figure out where she put them.
Desert was meh, I mostly only like chocolate and they had some cake, was fine but huge assortment of other things seemed like a waste of space.
So yeah, if you’re at Home Depot across the street and hungry it’s worth a trip as long as you don’t have to climb a ladder afterwards.

Totally misleading thread title, man!
I was led to believe that you were going to share some Warren Buffett approved money making scheme...
That said, I am immediately skeptical and tend to religiously avoid restaurants that advertise serving cuisine from several disparate cultures; my thought is: pick one cuisine and make it really good, don't offer me three cuisines of mediocre-to-debateable quality!
Unless of course the head chef and his staff all had Mongolian aunties, Japanese grandmas, and Chinese mothers who taught them all how to cook each of the cuisines...
Although Nickwm21's enthusiasm sounds like a new extreme sport in the making...
