That's assuming you'll get a spot. Being Alterra, you absolutely know they're going to sell more passes than they have spots

Can you imagine the rage that will ensue when folks who plunked down $1200 (with tax) for a parking pass cannot park in Lot A because not only are parking passes oversold, but day trippers are fine eating a $100 parking ticket?

Hell, i bet they encourage the day trippers. Thats an extra $100 a pop on top of the parking pass sales!

I know. Seems worth it to risk the $100 fine rather than plop down $1200. And you can move your car from B lot up to A lot at 2 pm when it opens up to everyone.

I do get a lot of enjoyment from seeing those cement buckets chained on to someone's wheel. Schadenfreude plus a road soda is often a great way to close out the day.
Notice they call it a fee, not a fine? A fine is for something you did wrong, a fee is payment for a service. Just roll on by the parking attendant and pay $100 to park for the day... comes complimentary with a concrete bucket antitheft device while you ski!

Then you have to pay the fee to have the bucket removed?

    Is that the deal?

No, you pay to have the anti-theft bucket put on. The removal is complimentary. Its nice to know mgmt is looking out for the customer and ensuring their car is protected from GTA in Lot A.

Just buy a wheel boot and bring it with you. Park in the lot, apply boot, ski all day and don't lose the damn key.

If mountain capacity is capped at 60% is parking going to be an issue?

A pair of bolt cutters in the trunk has always allowed many of down trodden to park with the rarefied likes of oft, buster and brit without paying for the privlage. IF altera invests in actual boots, might change things.

I've had a special place in my heart for that mountain since I climbed it 20 years ago.

If money is no issue, and you want the best in the state, here is the defense attorney I would recommend:

If you want one closer to Ellensburg:

What is this? Are you recommending defense attorneys for the pedophile?

I’m hoping he just kills himself.

I believe everyone deserves a competent, effective, defense attorney, no matter how heinous the crime. That is how the system works.
