Winter camping gear (tent, down jacket, sleeping bag)

I've decided I'm probably not going to do any big expeditions anytime soon and this gear is just collecting dust in a closet. All prices $CAD. Open to reasonable offers. Located in Vancouver, but willing to ship at buyer's expense.

Rab Summit 900 down sleeping bag (regular length, fits up to ~6'1"). In great shape, always stored uncompressed. Used about 25 days. Rated to -26C. SOLD

North Face mountain 25 tent. Super bomber 4 season tent. It is about 9 years old, but probably been used about 40 days in total. Also happy to include a bunch of snow stakes and a foam floor. Asking $250.

Mammut 8000m Parka. Super warm down jacket. Size M. In excellent shape. Great for expedition and overnights in colder areas (AK, Northern BC, Rockies). Would probably be a great ice climbing belay jacket. Asking $300.

Standard Length (approximately 86"). I am 6'1" and it fits me well, but if you are any taller than that you probably want the long.
