    You got it, Smasher!
With Ski Absolute you would never need the jump turn, not even in the steepest line.
Forget all those complicated techniques you have learned in ski school.
"Turning" is getting as natural as gliding

Yeah, IkonPassJong, you cannot expect a perfect floating on a slim ski
(like the black one on our title pic). The perfect flotation requires super wide
skis and snowboards. And in some situations even "super wides" fail.

Our solution: stick to steep terrain or take our Shark model (the blue ski in the video).

No. These are way better than 333.

On a 333 you may need a jumpturn in the steepest terrain.

Ok friends, let`s talk about the physics. Unlike your ski, the Ski Absolute is cutting the ice/snow
in a steep couloir with its rear fins only. They are fixed under your heel to maximize the pressure
on the hard surface. This configuration results in some break effect and makes "turning" as natural as
    gliding.

The summary: you can ride straight in the fall-line where other skiers are jumping heavily and scraping the ice with their ski edges.

But for Lhotse (as well as for Matterhorn) we have to replace aluminium fins with steel or even diamond ones.
And mount a binding which will never release. The best such binding consist of 4 screws fixing your boot
    to the ski.

    Ok, byates1, let`s build a rax/333 hybrid!
First you saw off the long tail of 333. Then you mount the Rax bracket
with sharp metal fins. You got it and you are happy.

But then you look at the ski tip and see a thick belly of a hog there.
Yeah, your hybrid may function like a Rax
yet the thick rounded tip of 333 looks really like a pig.

For the Ski Absolute got to look sharp and aggressive

Hey, Fugitive, we are not competing with snowlerblades.

This is potentially the best phrased post ever. I am rolling. "You got it and you are happy....but then you look at the ski tip and see a thick belly of a hog there."

Tom, you should write for the annual skiing magazine ski guides.

    Yo Fugitive

When you come to Big Sky this winter bring your Rax with you. I bet they would be excellent for smoke shack tours.

Hey, Fugitive, our rep in the Younited States is a guy named Miller in NH.
No, it was a joke. It`s not Body himself but his teacher and driver.
