Had some issues with the battery draining more quickly than it should have been. Battery would drain completely after not being charged for a week or two, and would have to be serviced in order to function properly again. Got the battery replaced once which didn't solve the problem so BD replaced the pack.
Haven't heard of this happening with other users so I think it was a problem specific to the unit I had originally.
