I luv me sum sauerkraut. Had it last evening with Teton cheese/jalapeno kielbasa and all cooked in my home brewed beer.

You do know that there's a heart attack hiding in that recipe right? I absolutely love all that stuff but sadly can't eat it anymore. I miss kraut and sausages Beer is still a solid part of the diet though

Kraut is a fermented food and supposedly better than other choices.

I am watching my beer intake more these days as a professional brewer I am required to day drink for QC plus there is R&D that has to happen.

I hang out with folks who are post Graduate drinkers. Their methods and means are quite above the rest.

I can only stay off the back of the pack but keep them insight.

Next up is an all local brew we will call Farm Use. It should go well with the kraut.

I got my son a mason jar fermenter kit for his birthday. Well, it's for me too. I do believe we will be trying to gas out the rest of the family.
