Hey all,
If you remember we made those smurf blue Polartec powerdry gridded back light weight base layer shirts a couple years back. I have found more of the same fabric in different colors as we move our warehouse around. I found 4 colors. I was thinking about tweaking the design a little bit, like dropping talls and just adding 2" to length of shirt...I know the women's arm holes were funky last time, so fix that, and maybe some of your ideas?? (danger, danger)....price could be $30 per shirt....ok $29.99, ok, no bs pricing....$30
Sizing is regular non freeride sizing so if you wear a freeride medium jacket or bross, get the size large baselayer
shirts are less complicated to make than jackets, so i can squeeze this in with our current uniform jobs we are sewing...made in Colorado....
charcoal gray
Red
Crimson
Purple
If I started cutting this project next week, I could finish before the end of November (most likely)

I’d be interested; the red gets my vote. I’d love a zippered chest pocket but understand that would add a layer of complexity you probably don’t want.

I'm in for one or two.
Charcol is prefered color.
You'd hate this -- but would be a dope to have a hood for touring days when the bross is too much. Yeah i know it'll cost more.
I'll second the chest pocket.

I have one of those blue ones. It's super nice and comfy. I'd do another in gray or red.

this would be a significant pattern change
then need to sew some samples
then perform grading on all the sizes.
best guess would add 1 month or more to time frame and probably $10-15 to cost, not for the fabric but for the pattern engineering and one off sample making....internal costs
as it stands now...if i took 100 orders of what we did last time , I could probably finish before the end of November
see above and add about $1 for every zipper...and this fabric weight with like a cell phone would not be good, if you were putting a credit card and a drivers license, i would say...yep that would probably be okwww.freeridesystems.com

Ok -- keep it simple. If you feel too light for a phone, probably not worth the pocket. I don't know the fabric.
I'd be cool with most configurations and my capilene's are getting ragged. I do like quarter zips but not sure how necessary it is for dumping heat in these.

If crimson is the lower right square, that’s what I want.
Are you saying you’re removing thumb holes?

I have a couple blue ones and they’re a great base layer. I’d be in for a crimson this go round.

I am in for one Medium
A higher collar (mock-turtle neck) would be nice. My beacon strap always rubs right on the collar of a traditional neck hole.

In for gray. XL. Hood or no hood. Zip or no zip. But... you gotta leave the thumbholes that shit is crucial

In for one M. Any color. Prefer charcoal or crimson. Mock neck with quarter zip for the win.
