Back indeed!
Sent from my iPhone using TGR ForumsIt makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

As always, the comments are where the gold is:
"That chicken has a really good kill count"
More Popeyes violence over chicken.

This shit is a field day for the white trash watching it on their phones while they're waiting outside of Walmart for black Friday in 2 weeks.

Jeez, can you imagine what Popeyes next to a Wal-Mart will look like on Black Friday?
I'd go in with nothing short of an armored Humvee.I still call it The Jake.

My next trip thru Troy, NY I might try the chicken sandwich at Popeyes, then head over to Walmart for some supplies. The Darth Vaper was on my list as well but that closed rather suddenly.
Be safe out there folks, and if you see trouble just casually walk away."timberridge is terminally vapid" -- a fortune cookie in Yueyang

Upstate New York is a strange, strange place.
There’s hamlets on the way to Holiday Valley, after the giant Indian casino in the middle of nowhere, that feel completely cold and stabby in the daylight.
This chicken bomb was made for places like that.
And vape shops too, as you note.I still call it The Jake.

I would if I could. It's like having to work thru the Patriot's O-line to get to Tom Brady.
My other choice is Glens Falls and then past Comstock Correctional Facility.
Bennington via Massachusetts adds time, though I'd wager Bennington has a Popeyes somewhere.
If you stay on I-86 until the HV exit you should be ok? Troy's different. Lots of stoplights on Rt 7 and they size you up while you're waiting for the light to change."timberridge is terminally vapid" -- a fortune cookie in Yueyang

I'm guessing these aren't Chick Fil A markets.
If Tim Hortons and Dunkins were smart they'd develop a chicken sandwich of their own and really set the northeast on fire.I still call it The Jake.

The answer is in your question: it's the second rainiest place in the country to Seattle (seriously), it's the cloudiest place in the country (seriously), and it's one of the coldest places in the country. One year that I was there as a kid they had, literally, 60 sunny days in the YEAR.
I kinda wanna fight somebody just thinking about it...

Well someone should get everyone up there their own chicken sandwich then.
Sounds like they could use it.
And the fistfight that comes with it as a side.
While also notably subject to grey skies and lots of cold, snowy days, not everywhere can be Cleveland.
They have their indian casinos, can't that be enough?I still call it The Jake.

I'm going to agree with you on that one. I love Ellicottville and HV, but if you venture out 45 miles in any direction from there its like taking a step back in time. A time when the mill had only been closed for 10 years and the people were only half as mad about the out of towners driving through to look at leaves or buy their winning scratch offs.
No Popeyes chicken sandwiches either.I still call it The Jake.
