Some Mag can have mine for shipping. No low post counts, no jongs!
I didn’t have the freeride model, just the regular model. I have a pair with ~110mm brakes and a pair of super wide brakes that may be ~130ish for the phat boyz.
Quit skiing them because of chronic pre release issues, even when I cranked up the DIN. that would be to like 12.
I had a few heinous pre releases that I was lucky to escape from unscathed.Last edited by skiing-in-jackson; 10-08-2019 at 01:58 PM. Reason: More scary info

When I researched these they had a higher incidence of ACL injuries.
Ie: low total number but they didn’t sell very many so if extrapolated out to pivot numbers you are more likely to blow your knee.

@skiing-in-jackson
If you're serious, I'll certainly take you up on the offer.
[I'm curious, did you test the binding for proper release values - i.e. in newton-meters/torque.]
PM'd as well.

Yeah I’m serious, but can’t figure out if you are.
You can have ‘em! Good riddance.
I feel like I’m giving a case of smokes to a ten year old or a hot iron to a toddler. I feel like I need a notarized document of indemnification. I took some really nasty pre release falls. One I was lucky to survive, let alone ski away from.Ski Shop - Basement of the Hostel

At any point did you feel they saved you from a knee injury?
nvrmnd - I was responding to your earlier post.
Sounds like they'll kill you thru pre-release.

Yeah - I'm serious. At minimum I'll mount them on a board and check the torque values for release and see if they match the expected values.
We'll see after that.
