ISO: Wheel builder in SLC area recommendation

I decided it's time for custom wheelset and already got Project 321 hubs set. Would like to keep it simple and reasonably priced: 29 alu rims, 29-33mm internal width. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Kris at Go-Ride Draper builds an excellent wheel. Very knowledgeable about all options.

Dusty Ott is Hubsessed Cycle Works. That's all he does. Think he's up in Farmington or Kaysville or something. Never worked with him personally but he's highly regarded.

Flynn Cyclery in Holladay is good too. I snapped a powerlink last October and sent the rear mech into the wheel, breaking several spokes in the process. Eric fixed the wheel in less than an hour, showed me the hoop was cracked but didn't pressure to buy a replacement. "Just don't go jumping off anything too big."
