    I believe they craned in most of the building material from the hiway above. There was a crane up there for a long fucking time. My buddy was an electrician on a house in Incline that was just finished and most likely shames the fuck out of this place.

    Just 4 buoys. No mention or evidence of any docks. Enclosed slips would be nice. Carved into rock shore line with an interior staircase and elevator to the guest house.

    Who knows the concessions made to acquire the permits. A French drain system below the house to naturally irrigate the fauna for beginners.

    Off site storage for your water toys adds nother 10 or 20k of monthly overhead.
