Hopefully Larson doesn't come back as some dipshit conservative like the Dilbert guy.

Had to stop going to his website to read that strip because he was just spewing so much conservative fucking bullshit that I couldn’t enjoy the relatively decent cartoon strip.

Dilbert? That strip has sucked ass forever. I mean, from the start. Then it turns out the guy is a raging conservatard too? No thanks.

Oh God please make it so

Yep. Scott Adams is an A grade Douchenozzle. In retrospect, he seems to identify more with the pointed haired boss or ratburt than Dilbert in his point of view. Fuck that guy

Oh man I almost said pretty much the same thing about Cathy and Dilbert, seriously. Cathy was the worst no doubt.

Monty I don't hate/don't love. But pretty decent I'd say. Super wordy.

If you're looking for a strip to like, Brewster Rockit is consistently pretty funny, that's rare.

When I used to read an actual newspaper everyday, Get Fuzzy was my fave after others were gone. Close To Home and Bizarro were others, and generally skimmed over the rest save a couple.
Now we have meme's and gifs. Writing comics these days has to be a tough racket.

Dilbert had some pretty dry humor and I can see why some people didn't get it. Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light (carrying a spoon instead of a fork) was a pretty fucking funny concept. And then when I went to work for a corporation doing IT I could relate to the lampooning of corporate culture. I stopped following it at some point when I stopped reading papers. Now I am glad I did. I missed the whole part about Scott Adams going full retard.

I can see why some people thought they were smart for "getting" Dilbert. I guess.

To me it's been the same tired shit for fucking ever.

    Dif'rent strokes! Hi^5!

Never said I thought I was smart. I just found it funny and could relate to some of it. Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light still cracks me up. "I darn you to heck." Not saying you had to like it or were dumb for not getting it. And yes, there was a lot of repetition. Now I'll go back to stroking. Wait, what?

As someone who has worked in cube world, I thought Dilbert used to be funny as hell; it's kinda like how Office Space is funnier if you work(ed) in that type of environment. The author is still a d-bag though.
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy
