Ovechkin with two hat tricks in two games. He passed Mario Lemieux on the goal scoring list today. He is now tied with Steve Yzerman for 9th all time. 692 goals.

Ovi has played two full seasons worth of games more than Sid, with all the time he's missed with injuries

Blackhawks vs Bruins about to go. Hawks are on a tear, let's see how they do against the #2 team in the league.

Well you can't pass the puck with your hand, man. Good Bruins win.

I just wish an actual explanation was given either way. Hawks didnt deserve to win this game or the last one but somehow their goalies got em a point outta each.

I'll agree it was pretty wacky. But if you watch the replay, the ref had called the hand pass before the goal and the Bruins saw that and stopped skating. So even if it wasn't a hand pass, play was still dead before the goal. But it was a hand pass. I think.

His assist to him last game was even more incredible.

Marchand is most skilled guy on that team

With Bergeron (and Krejci) on the team I'd hesitate on that a little but you can't deny Marchand's skilllzzz.

So wifey and I went to a Bruins vs Panthers game down in Florida last spring and of course Marchand was being Marchand during the game. At one point I commented to the Bruins fans sitting next to us, "Marchand is such a rat". One of them replied back, "Yeah, but he's OUR rat".
