    I'm so damned bored ...

    I'm going blind.

Seriously. Work is beyond uninteresting. Kids are going back to school so the house is quiet (I work from home). I'm sick and can't get my exercise fix on. Thinking about starting a drug habit.

Sounds like it's time to plan something.

Do you live somewhere that you can build trails? Start planning one. Unless you're glued to the commode, you can walk stuff and envision what you can do later. It always gets me pumped even when I can't actually be biking/skiing/running.

If you can't do that, fire up Google Earth and start doing research into a middle of nowhere zone that you haven't been before. Figure out a way in/up and out and what logistics you'd need to make it happen.

I hear ya. I am in a similar boat and the surf has sucked lately, so I am getting restless. Have a beer with lunch, take a 2 hour nap, that helps me cope. Maybe start micro dosing to sparkle up your day?

I'm so freakin' out of it today (didn't sleep well, bad dreams) that I steamed the almond "milk" for my mocha, added the chocolate and cinnamon, pulled the shot and forgot to pour the espresso into my mug. Drank the whole thing and went to clean the machine when I noticed the shot glasses were still full. D'oh!
